We had our wood deck demolished and a Trex deck installed by Casa Loma Fine Homes. They did a top notch job. Jeff and his staff were great to work with and Jeff is very accessible. We used Casa Loma for our deck installation and I can’t even begin to describe how amazing they were, from inception to completion, every point of the way. Everything that goes in to building a deck was very new to us, so we were pretty lost to start with. We got quotes from multiple companies. All the others were only too eager to get us to commit on them. There was no plan or discussion. The price offered by Casa Loma was comparable but the customer service surpassed the others by miles. They met with us multiple times to discuss our ideas, what was important to us, give suggestions on alterations, help pick out material/colors and accessories for the deck. I would get email updates regularly on what was accomplished and what was next in line. They worked tirelessly to give us our beautiful deck! They were very professional and courteous, not just to us, but our neighbors as well. Through the process there was no hinderance to our (or neighbors) day to day activities. I'm very picky and Jeff exceeded all of my expectations. He communicated often so I always felt informed. The craftsmanship was exceptional. He was so helpful when I was indecisive and he even talked me out of some upsells due to the extra cost and safety. I couldn't be more happy. I highly recommend him!!

Jeff did a fine job replacing my old cedar deck with composite. We had to work together as many utility items were hidden under the deck. Things like disconnect down spouts, sump pump discharge, broken main drain to septic. All these problems were fixed before the new deck was put down. The composite deck is so much easier to take care of.
